Holistic Health has transformed Laura’s life in so many ways that she feels it is her calling and passion to help others do the same. Laura uses a whole-person approach – looking at how the body, mind, and spirit (including emotions) are all interrelated for overall well-being and balance. She loves working with and supporting individuals to create and implement lifestyle changes that are meaningful, simple to incorporate, and have a significant impact.
She earned her Master’s Degree from St. Catherine University in Holistic Health Studies, her Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, various Yoga Teacher Training Certifications, and an Undergraduate Degree in Fashion Apparel Management.
She has experience working in corporate and independent settings. She has a diverse background in coaching while creating and facilitating wellness classes and programs on self-care, stress management, self-esteem, mindfulness, movement, and nutrition.
Laura has an empathetic nature, helping people connect with their uniqueness and live from a place of true authenticity. She creates a safe space for people to tune into their individual needs and empowers them to prioritize themselves and their well-being in their own lives.
With east coast roots, Laura has lived in Minnesota for over 14 years. Being on her healing journey since childhood, she continues to work on “walking her talk” regularly. You will find Laura hanging out with her family and close friends, practicing self-care, or learning a new self-care technique to teach others. She loves plants, and essential oils, creates and redecorates, talks to birds, and plays pickleball. Laura is wildly supported and loved by her husband, two boys, and a dog.
