Where Science Meets Mystery, and Excellence is Expected

Join a team that dares to ask why—not just how.

At MedStudio, we don’t settle for the ordinary or status quo. We ask the body a lot of questions and dive deep into what's going on beneath the surface. We put patient care over profits and partner with our patients to get results. This might be a great place for you to serve.

We Treat the Root Cause—Not the Routine.
MedStudio is not your typical clinic. We’re a private medical practice where natural hormone health meets personalized healing. Our mission? We free women (and the men who love them) from unbalanced hormones. Here, we uncover what others overlook. Our patients come to us when they've tried everything else. And our team? They're the ones who make breakthrough moments possible.

You're Driven by Precision. Anchored in Compassion.
You’re the person who notices the small details others miss. You care deeply about getting it right—not just for the sake of doing a job, but because lives are on the line. You understand that excellence is a habit, not an act. You show up early, stay sharp, and always ask, “How can we do this better?”

What Makes This Role Different?

This isn’t a job where you clock in, follow a checklist, and move on. At MedStudio, you’ll be part of something rare. A clinical experience where time slows down, visits last longer, and each interaction matters. Our patients trust us with their health—and their stories. That’s why we hire people who treat healthcare as a calling, not just a career.

Clinical Lab & Patient Care Specialist

MedStudio – Ham Lake, Minnesota

At MedStudio, we help men and women feel like themselves again.

We don’t rush six-minute visits. We don’t dismiss symptoms because labs are “normal.” We listen. We look deeper. And we treat the whole person.

We’re looking for a Clinical Lab & Patient Care Specialist who combines steady technical skill with genuine warmth. Someone who understands that drawing blood isn’t just a procedure — it’s part of a patient’s turning point.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with confidence and care
  • Process, label, spin, and prepare lab specimens accurately
  • Maintain strict compliance with lab protocols and safety standards
  • Support providers during patient visits
  • Take vitals and assist with clinical flow as needed
  • Ensure exam rooms and lab areas are clean, stocked, and organized
  • Help create a calm, professional experience for every patient

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred
  • Strong phlebotomy experience in an outpatient setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you don’t cut corners
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with patients who may feel anxious
  • Naturally warm, professional, and confident
  • Team-oriented and adaptable

Who Thrives Here

  • Someone who values longer patient visits over high-volume chaos
  • Someone who sees hormone health as life-changing, not routine
  • Someone who takes pride in precision and patient trust

If you want to be part of a clinic that treats people like people — not numbers — we’d love to meet you.
