Clinical Lab & Patient Care Specialist

We’re looking for a Clinical Lab & Patient Care Specialist who combines steady technical skill with genuine warmth. Someone who understands that drawing blood isn’t just a procedure — it’s part of a patient’s turning point.
What You’ll Do
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with confidence and care
- Process, label, spin, and prepare lab specimens accurately
- Maintain strict compliance with lab protocols and safety standards
- Support providers during patient visits
- Take vitals and assist with clinical flow as needed
- Ensure exam rooms and lab areas are clean, stocked, and organized
- Help create a calm, professional experience for every patient
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred
- Strong phlebotomy experience in an outpatient setting
- Exceptional attention to detail — you don’t cut corners
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with patients who may feel anxious
- Naturally warm, professional, and confident
