The Mayo Clinic has stated that erectile dysfunction (ED) is the consistent “inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex.” While it’s normal to occasionally struggle with maintaining an erection, it can be a sign of serious health issues and put a strain on your relationship if it persists. Mild to moderate erectile dysfunction is more common in older men, with nearly 50% of men in their 50’s, and that increases 10 percent with every decade- i.e. 60% of men in their 60’s. Then again, ED can occur at any age due to physical or physiological issues, which is why it’s important to seek help, even if it is an uncomfortable subject. Signs of Erectile Dysfunction
